Return & Refund Policy
At Creative Designs By Jess, we take great care in crafting our homemade products with love and quality. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our return policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us at creativedesignsbyjess23@gmail.com within 2 days with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will happily provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 2 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or general dissatisfaction.
Cancellations
- All orders are final. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item sent).
