At Creative Designs By Jess, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our handmade products to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and more.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (if available)
    • International Shipping: 7 to 10 business days (if offered)
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to USA, Canada, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand .

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
